Returns & Eligibility

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds may not be issued if:

The product has been used
The item is damaged due to misuse
The original packaging is missing or altered

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
